We are still in Helgoland. Our 6th day here. The storm has us still in a strong grip. We have today prepared Trinity III for departure. We have our sailing clothes on and we are waiting hour by hour to leave. The wind should go down a bit during the afternoon. As soon we see lower winds we leave.
We had this night wind gusts up to 32 knots and heavily hail storms. The boat was covered with white ice:)) The waves are still pretty rough out there but we believe it will decrease the next 10 hours. So the first hours will be rough before we head into more calm weather in English channel.
We try to reach Dunkerque in Belgium
